REV. JASON D. REDD
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jason Redd has faithfully served in Christian ministry since 2003 and has been the Senior Pastor of Corinth Baptist Church since May 2018. He is passionate about preaching God’s Word clearly, shepherding families faithfully, and helping believers grow in their faith and daily walk with Christ. His heart for ministry centers on biblical truth, spiritual maturity, and developing strong Christian character in both the church and the home.
In addition to his pastoral calling, Jason serves as a high school pre-engineering teacher at Aiken High School, where he equips students with practical skills and encourages them to pursue excellence in their future careers. He and his wife, Stephanie, who is also an educator, were married in August 1999 and have two daughters. As a husband, father, teacher, and pastor, Jason seeks to live out the gospel both in the pulpit and in everyday life. |
REV. MIKE W. YATES
Assoc. Pastor & Minister of Music
Pastor Mike has served as the Minister of Music and Youth at Corinth since 2010. He graduated from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997 with a Master’s Degree in Church Music. In addition to music and youth, Mike also serves as the Sunday School Director, works with our Children’s Ministry and leads a Sunday night home group. Mike’s desire is to serve our Lord and others, to share the Gospel with people of all ages that they might receive Christ as their Savior and to help them to have a closer relationship with God. He and his wife, Candice, have six children, Mandy, Emory, Aaron, William, Brooke and Meghan. They also have a son-in-law, Josh, and two grandchildren, Ava and Ben.

REV. KIRBY L. BUNTON
Pastoral Assistant & Chaplain
Pastor Kirby joined Corinth Baptist Church in 1996. He was called to serve at Windsor First Baptist Church as the Senior Adult Minister and returned to Corinth in March 2001. He has had several roles in his time at Corinth: serving as Deacon, Minister to Seniors, Training Union Teacher, Associate Minister, and now Chaplain and Ministerial Advisor. He also serves at Clearwater Branch Baptist Church as a musician and attends Corinth on Wednesday nights. His membership remains at Corinth.
Prior to joining Corinth Baptist Church he served a number of churches as Supply Pastor, Interim Pastor, and Pastor in the Bluffton, Beaufort, and Yemassee areas as well as areas in Georgia. He has been on four mission trips to West Virginia where he preached, played music, and counseled. He was licensed to preach November 23, 1952 and ordained July 5, 1981. He is married to Patricia (Patsy) Eidson Bledsoe Bunton. They have two daughters and a son who is deceased, four living grandchildren and one deceased, and six great-grandchildren. |
